Who we are

bodymaths (the app, the free calculators and the website at bodymaths.com) is run by its owner, called "we" or "us" here. By using bodymaths you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use it

The training plan is for adults 18 and over. The free calculators are general information for anyone.

Not medical advice

bodymaths gives general information to help you plan exercise, food and sleep. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. Talk to a health professional before you start if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication such as a GLP-1 medicine, or have ever had an eating disorder. Stop and get help if anything hurts or feels wrong.

Forecasts and calculator results are estimates shown as ranges. Your own results will differ.

Your data

Your plan, workouts and body measurements are stored on your device. If you turn on sync or create an account, they are also stored on our servers so you can use them on other devices. You can export or delete your data in the app at any time.

Premium and payments

Some features may need a paid plan. The price, what it includes and how it renews are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time, which stops the next renewal. Refunds follow the rules of the store you paid through and the consumer law that applies to you.

AI coach

Suggestions from the AI coach are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check that a change makes sense for you before you follow it.

What you may not do

Use bodymaths for your own personal training and planning. You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell or rent the app, the website, its design, text, images, plans, calculators or data, in whole or in part;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download content, or use it to train AI models (normal search engine indexing is fine);
• reverse engineer, decompile or take apart the app's code, except where the law allows it;
• build or help build a competing product with bodymaths's content, design or code;
• frame the website, remove our notices, or pretend to be bodymaths or to be connected with us;
• misuse the service, for example by breaking its security, overloading it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Who owns what

The bodymaths name, the Plus Figure logo, the design, the software, and the text, images, plans and calculators we created belong to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Using bodymaths does not give you any rights in them. © 2026 bodymaths. All rights reserved.

Some parts belong to others and keep their own licences, such as exercise data from the wger project and open-source software. They are listed in the app under Settings, Acknowledgements.

What you enter into bodymaths stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you.

Reporting copying or misuse

If you believe someone has copied bodymaths, or that something on bodymaths infringes your rights, email hello@bodymaths.com with the details and links.

Availability and changes

We work to keep bodymaths running and accurate, but it is provided as it is and as available. We may change, pause or stop features, and we may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage that comes from using bodymaths or relying on its information, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about important changes. Using bodymaths after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws and may bring a claim there.
