No. Real size takes years of eating in a surplus and training for it. Two to four short sessions a week, at your normal food, is what builds the toned look: firmer shape, better posture and a smaller waist. Any early puffiness from new workouts is water, and it passes within a couple of weeks.
Some of any fast loss can be muscle. Hitting your protein band and two or three short strength sessions a week are the two things most likely to protect it, and bodymaths tracks both. It never gives dose advice: that stays between you and your doctor.
No. Muscle responds to training at any age, and the first changes (getting up from a chair, stairs, carrying the shopping) often come within weeks. Plans use chair and balance moves, gentle progressions and larger text if you want it.
No. Protein in palm-sized portions and a simple plate guide take under a minute a day. Calories are shown as a range with a safe floor, never a strict number to hit.
Most people quit because logging takes too long, or one bad week breaks the streak. Daily input here takes under a minute, streaks forgive a bad week, and the plan adjusts instead of making you start over.
