Attractiveness Test: Your Look-Good Score
Most attractiveness tests rate a photo of your face. This one does not. It scores the habits that change how you look, carry yourself and feel, from 0 to 100, and shows the three changes that would raise your score most.
How we got it
Our own habit score, not a beauty or medical measure. Five parts you can change: strength training (up to 25 points), recovery from sleep (20), protein (15), tracking your waist (15) and four daily habits (25). It never uses photos, faces, weight or body size. The three fastest wins are the changes that add the most points. It is the same score the bodymaths app uses.

Questions
Can a test really tell how attractive I am?
Not from a photo. People rate faces differently, and a face score gives you nothing to act on. Energy, posture, skin, fitness and sleep do change how others see you and how you feel, so that is what this test scores.
Why does it not rate my face or body?
Because you cannot change your face, and a body rating is not a fair or kind measure. Habits can change this week, and they show in how you look within a few months.
How fast can my score go up?
Some parts, like a skin routine or a steady bedtime, add points from day one. Strength and protein take a few weeks to become habits. Retake the test every 4 weeks.
