Navy Body Fat Calculator
The US Navy method estimates body fat from height, neck and waist (plus hips for women). We average it with Relative Fat Mass and show a range, because tape methods vary by a few points.
How we got it
The average of the US Navy circumference formula and Relative Fat Mass (64 - 20 x height / waist, +12 for women), shown as plus or minus 4 points because tape methods vary by about that much. Measure relaxed, tape level, skin not squeezed.
